Please fill out the form in full detail that way you won't be flogged mercilessly for not having submitted your equipment details. 2. important details such as flag and equipment sharing arrangements and if you are a Southpaw are necessary to minimise organisational stress. Remember the courtesy principle - ask the flag owner first before you nominate someone else's flags. 3. There is a 3 relay limit and given 2009 will be a 3 day event you can expect to be wait listed if you don't get in early. Any questions email me. The course of fire will be Sporter 100 - 200 Sat, LV 200 - 100 Sun, HV 100 - 200 Monday. 2. Camping and caravanning is permitted $5/night power for lights - no cooking - use gas. 3. Catering will be supplied for late brekkie and lunch 4. Showers are available 5. Open fires are likely to be banned (it is January in Canberra and we are nervous after 03)- that doesn't mean we won't get 3 inches of rain on Sunday afternoon. 6. Plenty of good evening restaurants and takeaway places in Dickson 5 minutes down the road. 7. If you are booking a bed in town don't wait about- Australia Day is a busy weekend in Canberra. The old hands will tell you that, many of them stay in Queanbeyan 20 minutes down the road at reasonable rates.
