Thanks for the tip and advise. Yes WBSF Rimfire WC is only HV but newspapers like to take a slant and gimmick with the stories. Not 100% in the details but never the less a good near full page spread in a large 2 area local paper with a positive story is a good thing for the sport in my opinion.

Your AUS team is mostly travelling together, more than half are spending some time in Frankfurt before and after the World Champs in France. Trainings all done, we r organised and packed, we have also seen some amazing scores at the range last week at French Nationals. We all know we have to bring our AAA game but also enjoy ourselves otherwise what's the point. Will keep u posted as we can....

All going well over here, team bonding well and more importantly shooting very well in practise with a few 250's plenty of 249's. All the gear seems to have travelled well and the ammo seems to be behaving in the northern hemisphere spring.

Day 1 of 2 in Team event. The standard in Europe has lifted 249 and 250 are common place. Aussies will be mid to 3/4 in the field. I think they have a lot more large comps here as travel is no bear for them. Results a little later as last detail still shooting.

Teams event done and dusted. The standard around the world and particularly in Europe has improved dramatically. Of our 3 teams our Team B was best at 8th spot Team A was 24th and Team C was 27th. Stuart Neale and Tyrone Thompson were best and most consistent of the aussies in team event.Individual World Championships start tomorrow #havingaball

Looking at the scores i have told the team to be proud. Most of our scores would have won team gold in previous years, we now start individual happy and knowing the level required along with new personal bests to match europe.

New WBSF record for 1 day 3 targets yesterday was a factory GE Racer Grunig Elminger for those that may be interested. Set by Italys Walter Botta

Weather has taken a turn today, very tough with 1 card to go. Aussie King John Radford's record was under threat but the top runners dropped a point each on target 5.

It's a wrap for the 2022 WBSF World Champs, top 3rd of field 4 me. I thank my team who all helped make it a great event and trip for all of us.

Stuart Neale earned the new nickname of Mr 250 he seems to find them easier than most.
Billy Simmons probably got the worst luck of the draw but battled on like the champion he is. Greg Roulston thanks for your wisdom, u certainly have a handle on this game.
