You can shoot what you want where you want.Its an honor thing but targets will need to be returned by a set time ,every 40 days.4 sets of 5 targets.Equipment needs to be listed and a handy cap system will be worked out.Teams of 4 or shoot individually.Basically I am seeing how much interest is out there so I can pass info.on.Thanks Jim
