Residue in barrel

Shot some newer Eley match Ammo this week & noticed when clearing the rifle the residue/mist was completely obscuring the bore. I've seen this on different rifles from time to time but can't remember it being this much in this rifle. Considering the Quote from an old post below i find it very interesting.
On a tricky day for wind it delivered an equal PB on the IR25 target.

My question is with the 2018 ammo has anyone noticed any extra reside/mist?

"Guys
The key to ignition is what’s left in the barrel for next bullet to pickup. If you look at the first shot on a paper target there is no black ring because there is no pickup. A barrel with a 1-16 twist will take 16” to do a full turn and most or what is left in the bore is on bottom in the first 5” or so, so one side of the bullet is loaded up and when it leaves the barrel it’s being thrown off course. You won’t ever get 100% combustion but the closer you get to it the better you accuracy will be.

I’ll take a fired case out of the chamber and tap it on the bench and see if any loose grains are in and look hard at the first patch when cleaning. With the brass I want it nice and clean with no scorch marks and I don’t want to see any sand like grains on the patch just a blackish paste on the patch."
