Thanks Will for your leadership over the Covid period and dealing with many issues that presented itself during this time. The cancelling of the last nationals and the issues surrounding this time you handled with professionalism and in complete consultation with the Benchrest shooters. I would like to thankyou personally for your work during your leadership as the chairman and i am sure that everyone is appreciative of yours and Tina's efforts. John Babic will be an true asset as the new chair and will provide leadership into the future for the sport and it is in everyone's interests to actively involved in gaining new shooters and promoting this great precision sport.

Welcome to the new job John.
I would also like to thank Will Greer for the doing the Benchrest sub committee chairman's role during this difficult and challenging time over the last couple of COVID years. Often unsung roles that people in our sport take on as Volunteers. The greatest challenge in our sport really is, not enough people volunteer or respect those who do. Our whole sport operates on volunteering. We have infrastructure. Just every person needs to get involved at every level all the time. That's the only way it happens and always has been. But seems these days most people just want to shoot and expect someone else to arrange everything from basic club shoots all the way up to International championships. Lets hope for change in this area.
