After a quick look at the new rule book .I notice there referred to as light benrchrest & heavy benchrest its no biggie just was wondering why the name change?Could any changes to rules be pointed out, please.
Thanks jim
Maybe the terms Light BR and Heavy BR give the rules a more International
flavour versus US slang. I'd bet the average German or Spanish shooter would have
no idea what a Varmint is. That's my theory anyway. Someone
from the Rules Committee want to jump in?
tnx, Chris
"You can't carry too much ammo... unless you're trying to swim... or on fire."
Well, no doubt the benchrest State Delegates will have emailed out to their members (the ones they have addresses for) the latest copy of the draft rules. This has been done in SA.

Hard copies should be available in due course.
