Hi All

I am attaching a list of all nominations received so far. If you have nominated and your name is not here please contact SSAA Brisbane on 07 33981749.

A few people are unsure of the Benchrest (groups) program on Sunday and Monday.

Sunday morning will start with HRF at 50m for all 5 targets and in the afternoon we will be running the LRF at 50m (for all 5 targets).
On Monday morning we will be shooting HRF at 100yds (all 5 targets) and in the afternoon will be the LRF at 100yds (all 5 targets)

This procedure is to assist the organsers with target frame changes.

We would like those shooters who are not shooting HRF to be at the range no later than 12pm so as to be ready for the LRF session in the afternoon.

13th APRIL UPDATE
I am attaching the updated list of nominations. Still room for more if anyone hasn't nominated yet.

25th April UPDATE
Here is the bench draw for both IRB and LRF/HRF. Those with flags will have to reset them on Saturday after IRB has finished.

Practice Day

The range is usually open at 1pm for shooting on Thursdays, however providing we can get most of the framework up the evening before we should be able to start around 9 or 10am.

Depending on the RO's they usually close the line every half hour for target changes which doesn't allow much time for flag setting (you can usually get 2 out in that time) But being rimfire you don't need many flags anyway!!

The range will close at 5pm on the dot!

Rimfire Group

Bill,

Your record group can be anywhere on the upper half of the target but preferably inside the border lines otherwise each shot not touching the line will incur a penalty.

You can shoot as many sighters as you like whenever you like in the time allowed.

Any shots on the record target that drop below or touch the centre line between the record and sighter target are counted as sighters.

If your first sighter goes over the centre line onto the record target you need to notify the Range Officer.

BRT Flags

I was on the understanding that people with BRT Flags could be in the BRT Flag rotation, a quick question will there only be BRT flags in the BRT rotation.

BRT rotation

Our aim is to put those people who have BRT flags on the BRT rotation. However those people are expected to include this info on their nomination form AND bring their flags with them.

After we have done the draw with those with flags then the rest of the benches are allocated according to information we get off the nomination form. If someone doesn't tell us that they are bringing different flags we have no idea what other flags will end up being on the BRT rotation.

The onus is on the shooter to provide all the necessary information.
