I have had an enquiry from a branch interested in running the 2011 Rimfire Nationals. The one issue I am concerned with is their number of benches. They currently have 11 and want to bring it up to 15. In my opinion this is not enough to stage a Rimfire Nationals. Yet nothing is specific in the rulebook.
Do we allow 15 (which may mean curbing the number of competitors to 45 - or 60 in a summer event) or insist on 20 benches?

I need some advice or direction here.
